Multiple Patches #32

This PR consists of a number of patches;

  1. YSF2NXDN - patched to stop it from looking up target TG numbers in the NXDN user database. This was causing traffic bound for a TG to show as being directed to a user on the Yaesu Radio screen.

  2. Patches for DMR2YSF, YSF2DMR, YSF2NXDN, YSF2P25 to address issues with newer radios getting silence back from connected reflectors.

  3. bumped version numbers etc.

Thank you very much for these patches. However, I don't have enough spare time to check everything now, then I will merge this PR and I hope you can be around if any issue appears.

These are already live in Pi-Star, on balance they improve things, currently there is a hard-coded radio ID in there, I will make that configurable, possibly along with some other fields based on the work by AD8DP and submit some more PRs, he (AD8DP) deserves the credit for the work on this...

That is cool Andy, thank you. A saw the AD8DP work but I've never had time to check it properly.
