Please check other releases: https://github.com/juribeparada/MMDVM_HS/releases/ I've deleted very old firmwares like that. Windows utility is not very used, that's why I don't maintained it so often. I will include that utility in the next release.

thank you and that pi 3+ board does not detect so I thought I'd use the win instead but thanks for the availability of the file in future versions 73 pu1phs
