readthedocs is not updated #62

https://readthedocs.org/projects/luqum/ last version is 7 monthes old !

Fixed. This was an issue with github integration (maybe it changed), I had to reconfigure the webhooks, and I manually launch compilation (should work automatically next time).

I also set up an automation rule so that tags that match \d+(.\d+)* are considered versions to compile.
