Article titles with slashes return no data

The API does not work for titles that include a forward slash, even if it is URI-encoded.

For example:

• https://api.wikicolor.net/whocolor/index.php?title=%22Lamivudine/zidovudine%22
• https://api.wikicolor.net/whocolor/index.php?title=Lamivudine/zidovudine
• https://api.wikicolor.net/whocolor/index.php?title=Lamivudine%2Fzidovudine

@wikiwho thanks! FYI, I have a very ugly proof-of-concept implementation for using whocolor data outside of mediawiki, as I told you I was working on a few weeks ago.

@ragesoss I figured out this would take some tinkering and as we are soon going to have a new wikiwho API anyway I won't touch the old one for now. Should be available/working again in about a month I would suppose. Sorry for the hassle.
