Article titles with slashes return no data #1

The API does not work for titles that include a forward slash, even if it is URI-encoded.

For example:

Article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamivudine/zidovudine

hey ragesoss, currently a bit swamped, I will try to look into it as soon as I find the time.

@wikiwho thanks! FYI, I have a very ugly proof-of-concept implementation for using whocolor data outside of mediawiki, as I told you I was working on a few weeks ago.

Check it out: https://dashboard-testing.wikiedu.org/courses/University_of_California,_San_Francisco/Words_as_Power_-_Expanding_WikiProject_Pharmacology_%28Fall_2016%29/articles

Click on one of the rows, then click 'Show Current Version', then wait a while for the whocolor data to load. I'll be working with a designer to make this look good soon. (It just highlights the users who are are student in the course.)

@ragesoss nice! btw i figured out that the problem is already coming from the wikiwho api, i will have a look as soon as I can

@ragesoss I figured out this would take some tinkering and as we are soon going to have a new wikiwho API anyway I won't touch the old one for now. Should be available/working again in about a month I would suppose. Sorry for the hassle.
