Cannot restart the wireless network interface of EDUP EP-AC1605 in 4.13.0 #123

Hi everyone,

May I share my experience in restarting wireless network interface in my machine (Ubuntu Mate - 32 bit version - 16.04 version). When I restart my wireless network interface with the command line of ( sudo service networking restart or sudo service network-manager restart), the device is hung and the command line cannot be executed. When I shutdown the device, the deivce need to take more than 30 minutes to shutdown successfully. Should I downgrade the kernel version from 4.13?
