Support Mysql plugin #108

At the moment no mysql plugin is installed. It would be nice, if the plugin is installed within this action.

This is only relevant further up the dependency tree to aqtinstall, where the actual installation is done (only then, it is just a tool to grab Qt from Qt's servers).
