FIX Display list of advocates to the "non Advocate" users #250

The "my-advocacy" page has following inconsistencies with the design

  1. It does not display a list of existing Advocates.
  2. The banner and "checkout join.jur.io" button space coverage/width

Resolved along with #233

@ashishjur The list and banner width is perfect but button width is smaller than the one in the design
