FIX amount staked by wallet in oath keeper stats graph should display only two decimals #252

Expected Behavior

The stats to be more readable.

It would be better to list wallet: 200.00 JUR

Current Behavior

It's showing the full amount in wei

Steps to Reproduce

Environment: Temp

  1. Go to Oath Keeper ranking page
  2. Hover on the doughnut chart
