FIX Restrict editing bio to the logged in advocate's page #300

Logged in user (advocate/non-advocate) can edit the bio of any advocate by going to their profile page. Restrict the edit functionality only to the advocate. image

Expected Behavior

  1. The logged-in user should be able to see the edit/add bio button on the 'advocates/
    ' page only if they are viewing their own profile.
  2. Restrict the API to not let a wallet address update the details of another wallet address.
  3. Replace the Edit text to the Edit icon like in the design file.

Steps to Reproduce

Environment: Temp

  1. Log in with a advocate/ non-advocate address.
  2. View profile of any advocate.
