FIX Remove Action Bar from the dispute details #327

The dispute details still show the action bar. image

Expected Behavior

It should not show the action bar

Steps to Reproduce

Environment: Temp

  1. Go to the disputes tab
  2. Select a dispute

I don't see Action Bar on the disputes page after PR #340 . I think we can close this one.
