FIX Slot assigned count mismatch #331

The slots assigned are more than total slots. image

Expected Behavior

Slot assigned should less than or equal to total slots for an activity.

Current Behavior

The slots assigned are more than total slots.

Possible Solution

  1. This could possibly be getting triggered because of miscalculations while unassigning or canceling a slot

@tyagishuchi1 we need to reproduce this behaviour, resetting db now
