similar api with local USB access ? #91

Hello, Thank you for the very nice work. I was wondering how difficult it would be to have the api working with the local 10.11.99.1 access ? Is the API interface similar ? I am happy to help but would need somewhere to start.

Hello,

I don't know much about the "USB web interface" (as described here) but I am pretty sure the exposed service is different from the one offered by the Remarkable Cloud. If this happens to be true, that means we would need a complete new implementation in rmapi to support this feature.

I think a good starting point would be to analyse the calls from your browser to the exposed service at http://10.11.99.1/ (using Chrome Developer Tools for instance).

What would be the usecase of using this instead of the Remarkable Cloud? Are you in a situation where your tablet or computer are not connected to the internet?

If anyone has any further information about the USB protocol, I would be interested.

Wow, I have been looking for this for a long time. It also contains some nice code update for the pdf renderer.
