Portal Materials: allow more than one block, just like Activators #10

My goal is being able to use all polished versions of Andesite, Diorite and Granite as portal materials. Not sure if this fits the "update existing portal" feature. Maybe some sort of tool to select a portal via, like, a magic stick to change its material would work.

I'm looking into this feature. It may be feasible but it could impact server performance if it has to monitor too many portal materials for changes so I need to do some testing.
