Lags out server when used on 1.14 #17

My server tps dropped from 20 to 5 when i started using this plugin on my 1.14 server. Maybe due to constant checks? add command to stop portal creation, and just have already created portals active?

Yeah, it's definitely not ready for 1.14 yet. I'm trying to sort out the issues but there are a few still.
