Portal Materials & Activators: incomplete support

For what I've tested, you can't set the following blocks as materials:

• Stone Bricks and all variants
• Andesite, Diorite and Granite (+ polished)

And you can't use Soul Sand as an activator.

I didn't test every single block, obviously. Pointing these out will probably lead to full support of all blocks I'd guess.
