Something like ~pismx.boot.etopo1().to_netcdf()~ ~hyoga.open.surface().to_netcdf()~ hyoga.open.bootstrap().to_netcdf().

Nowadays GEBCO seem to be a better option with newer bathymetry and global coverage at 15 arc-seconds (vs 1 arc-minute for ETOPO1). Updated title and description.
