Currently structuring fulltext directory and modules. It's going to mirror abstracts and create new NERs. I need to train a new NER using at least the Methods sections of the fulltexts to get lat/lon, and hopefully make an overall improvement on the model labelling skills.

Keep the model lineage in the name (sci from the NLP, then paper sections abs and met)
