Add new vfs source that includes a check for missing episodes

Adjust the Gemstone2 UI to show missing episodes

Add a widget to show missing episodes

Add a system alert (warning-yellow) after a scan if episodes are missing

Add metadata in phoenix core that can be updated manually in BMT to override the assumption that a double length episode is 2 episodes - EpisodeCount

the phoenix part is complete but in testing it is not using the episode count field to override.
