Enhancement: If rrr/www options off, don't display in Simplified View either

Pretty much said it all in the summary: if rrr/www options off, don't display 
in Simplified View either.

This is controlled with the Count/WatchFormat option from the Standard View 
options; if it's set to blank, it shouldn't be displayed in the Simplified view 
either.

Similarly for Fanart options, if Show Series Banner is of for the Standard 
View, then it should be off in the Simplified View as well. Let me know if you 
want this as a separate enhancement request. Thanks!

Here are a couple screen shots of my All Recordings view, with Simplified and 
then with Standard.  I have the rrr/www off on the Standard mode and when I 
toggle to Simplified everything is still there... what am I missing???  The 
rrr/www in the Simplified Mode is independent and is just the small rrr/www to 
the right of the main list and the highlighted item shows the "10 shows, 0 
watched" to the right in the Diamond info.

Re: Banners - The Simplified view is a "Banner" view, it is a custom screen so 
we don't have an option to turn it off at the moment.
