Add blank tab images to Main Diamond Folder. #80

This will fix problems like the review images at the www.Mediasmartserver.net 
where the full footer/header have tabs in front of them...  If people didn't 
uninstall the original V1 before V2.x (or V3) of Diamond the images are left in 
the main Diamond theme folder and are showing when they shouldn't...

The tab themes have the tab images in their sub folders and they will show 
correctly with this fix as they will override the blanks in the main.

Easy fix so 3.1.
