`nix-health`: Check which installer was used #6

As a diagnostic message (just like showing system name), display which installer was installed: DetSys installer, official installer, distro package manager's nix, etc.

There should be a way to make the DetSys installer required.

Also, allow checking for the DetSys installer version. In particular, if on macOS, >v0.14
