`om health`: Check which installer was used #206

As a diagnostic message (just like showing system name), display which installer was installed: DetSys installer, official installer, distro package manager's nix, etc.

There should be a way to make the DetSys installer required.
Allow checking for the DetSys installer version. In particular, if on macOS, >v0.14 https://determinate.systems/posts/nix-survival-mode-on-macos/

If Nix is not even installed, provide a message telling user how to install it.
