chore: update changelog #202

Personally, I feel like doing this manually as part of the release process would be better (to avoid commit history clutter mainly). And link "Unreleased" like https://github.com/stanislav-tkach/os_info/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md does.

But this is just a subjective preference, so feel free to adopt whatever process is most suitable for managing this repo. @shivaraj-bh

Yeah, fair enough. I just wanted to see if this works, so that I can write an article about this. I will just observe if it works as expected, when it gets triggered this Sunday and I will disable the workflow after that.

I just realized that convco which I'm using (as distinct from commitzen which this repo uses) automatically does this -- the linking to commit range on GitHub. Example: https://github.com/juspay/nix-rs/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md (generated by just changelog)
