Binaural Beat generator addition. #55

Two sin wave generators that have slightly different frequencies on the left and right channels. Supposedly helps with sleeping and focus similarly to color noise.

Should conform to the generator specs in the Markdown file you wrote, but let me know if it doesn't and I'll fix it up!

Some issues, actually. I'll resubmit when those are resolved.
