Current behaviour: User names can only be registered once among all existing accounts. However, an existing user name created under one account can't log in when using another account while visiting a different event. This creates the necessity of creating a new user for usage with the new account, therefore rendering the persistence of the first account useless from a user point of view.
Expected behaviour: Since users are persistent and independent of accounts they should be able to log in under different accounts. Better yet, accounts shouldn't matter to users, but only admins. The account a user is zapfing on is determined by the ZapfKit he's using.
