Current behaviour: Once an RFID card has been registered, it can't be reassigned to a different user. As of now, this is useless, since users don't typically retain their cards but rather return them to the Zapfmaster 2000 team. However, existing RFID cards can still be used as login method at the ZapfKit.
Expected behaviour: Only lock RFID cards to users for a limited time, so that they can be reused later on. Deleted RFID associations from existing user accounts, once a card is reassigned but not beforehand. The 'limited time' may be the time during which the last account the user zapfed on was active. 'Active' should be indicated by the admin of an account, who should be able to set a start and expiration date (usually the end of an event) for an account.
There are three use case, which can be covered this way: Frequent users, like the Zapfmaster 2000 team will be able to hold on to their RFID cards and won't need to register again. One time users can return their RFID card and the card can be assigned to a new user at a later event. Recurring users can give back their RFID card as well and register a new one for a later event.
