Update hardware for Bodacious Bock #44

Fix the following issues of the Amazing Alt release:

stabilize the power supply (only use the build-in power adapter)
Replace the AVR by the "arduion"-AVR
Consider adding a few internal status LEDs (low prio)
Allow the AVR to read from the serial interface to change the color of the existing LEDs

Added the ZapfCounter. It's an AVR ATtiny85 ttha reads the flow meter data and sends it to the RaspberryPi via I2C. Added the ZapfBoard. An interface board that: provides 12V power distribution; 12V to 5V power conversion; UART interface for Towitek RFID Reader to RaspberryPi; I2C interface for ZapfCounter to RaspberryPi; host for the ZapfCounter; RGB LED PWM Amplification and RaspberryPi GPIO interface.
