More precise Zapfing

Amazing Alt lacks some neat logic to detect wrong beer amount measurements (by the flowmeter) that occur (not only) at the beginning and the end of a keg.

Please,

• create a concept
• implement and
• measure, visualize and demonstrate

the improvements. Moreover, enhance the logging of the webservice the way we can easily collect real input from Zapf Kit so we can use it late on for testing.
