how can we automate this? might require building out a (very) simple dashboard on our site for the printer to log into and mark orders as shipped :/ definitely a longer term improvement item

Hmmm this will be really interesting to figure out. I will say that there are prebuilt solutions that will handle all of this. Might be better getting all that automated through one of those services. Us handling that pipeline might be a lot / a big risk
