NOTE: add "NODE_ENV=development" to your .env.local !!

this PR fixes the local-only bug with wallet connect (not sure if it's the code changes or the local env variable though)

also enables portis and wallet link (coinbase wallet) in the modal, and i tested both and they are working. one caveat is that portis requires you to enable x-site cookies for our site (it shows a toast explaining this to the user)
