This branch aims to:

For a set of MRI samples, extract the radiomic features (shape, intensity and texture features)
The top 10 will be selected in Task 4 (based on repeatability).

Method: Per subfolder:

construct full 3D array for image & mask
Construct radiomics objects
Compute shapeFeatures, intensityFeatures, textureFeatures
