Documentation should be in the format:
= begin
Method description
Parameters (inputs, outputs)
Author: Diab
= end
In addition to simple in line documentation to inside the methods if possible

-When some users are de-activated it doesn't tell whether that are
de-activated or not , also it counts them normally with the Active users , i
think it would be better if there is a label beside each user indicating
whether he is deactivated or not .
