methods and tables for class diagram #120

i do not know what is in the class diagram now but here is what I need and 
added so far:
- table BlockStory (to represent relationship user block a story)
- table BlockInterest (to represent relationship user block an interest)
- in User model:
1) method block_story1(this_story)
2) method block_interest1(this_story)

that is it till now.

I will hopefully provide the Last version of the Class diagram by max tomorrow 
and will make sure to include your modifications.
