4.7: As an admin, I can view the top contributors of users with a link to their profile page #81

Success scenarios:

A list of 5 top contributors are listed with a photo of them that links them to 
their profile page. + a date showing the admin the last update of the system 
for these values. we can add a force refresh to check the latest updates. the 
user component consist of a photo of the user ,user name ,a link to
his profile,information about his state of contribution . 

Failure scenarios:

1- There are no top contributors (No one contributed ) in the user component if 
user picture is not available show a default picture.

You didn't commit to the ranking system we agreed on... see the wiki page it 
says

a- Share (3 point) b- Like (1 point) c- Dislike (1 point) d- flag (1 point) e- 
Comment (2 point) f- Interests (5 point) g- Sign-ins (2 point) h- friends (1 
point) i- No of blocks (-10) 

You multiply each by one except for shares and this is not right...
Also the view of this page is wrong in many ways ... you write the same div 
twice there are </div> that don't correspond to <div> and very wrong order..
Please give it some care when you write your code and commit right versions...
