NullPointerException for Android 2.3.3 at service start

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install apks on SGS II Android 2.3.3
2. Try to start the service
3. Look in logs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Regitstration success. Instead a "Can't connect to RCS platform displayed".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3.7, Android 2.3.3, SGS II. Not noticed on stack v2.3.6.

Please provide any additional information below.

Since the last relesae we have well separated address and port for IMS proxy 
(see settings and provisioning). And I think in your configuration the port is 
again associated to the address+port. It's the reason why can't connect.
