Home Assistant Media Playback functionality. #15

Might be a duplicate of "https://github.com/justLV/onju-voice/issues/14"

Being able to use these board replacements with Home Assistant media playback would also be dope.

Using Home Assistant smart home software. https://www.home-assistant.io/

Might fit in well with their "Year of the Voice".

I have to run a keep alive script to keep my nest speakers awake and semi synced which mutes, plays 1 second of silence, then unmutes, every 3 minutes. They always get desynced and they also play the chime whenever an action is done to them other then mute if my script fails. (such as setting volume, play, pause)

Having a way to have all these synced and also not have the activation noise would be so nice and I would replace all the nest boards around my house.

Fingers crossed for boards for the larger nest audio as well.

What about conversational voice assistant that can actually control you house and answer utilizing OpenAI? I've been trying to get a pipeline to work through indexing on pinecone.io but so far haven't had much luck

I was going to order about 10 boards for USA customers. I actually have a ready to go cart that will get them to me at a per built and tested board at $30.56 per board. But quickly found that the origional people wouldn't reply. So if anyone in the USA is looking to take 5-6 of these off my hands I'll put the order in.

Take a look at the chimeTTS integration. It stops that but interrupting the stream to the device, repackaging it as an MP3 without or with the chime. Then send it along to the Google device locally.
