Use the colors defined in the game files instead of the bare green and red.

Interesting, I thought the colors were defined in hudcolor.dat somewhere but they are instead hardcoded in the SET_PLAYER_CASH_CHANGE scaleform function.

The colors are, in RGBA (i think):

Green: 102,152,104,100
Red: 194,80,80,100
