great job reimplementing in pytorch, does it improve cpu inference runtime? the original took 3 hours on CPU (Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2630 https://github.com/CompVis/brushstroke-parameterized-style-transfer/issues/3

Hi @AK391. Unfortunately not. I observed that it probably takes around the same amount of time. The first optimization is fast though. It takes ~20' on Intel(R) Xeon(R) Silver 4210.
