Issue/710 Short description

I've made a few choices that I think is worthy to note.

• The short description is called summary in the job-listing-templates since it might be short-description or a truncated description
• Translating description before truncating it
• If the translation of short-description exceed the max character length it's not truncated
• Right now the max character length is 150

I've added two text labels for the short-description, label and error message:

I don't know if these are the exact phrases we want.

I have not yet added a text field for explaining what the short description is. I think this can easily be done later when we know what it should be.

Really nice touch that the truncate filter doesn't end on whitespace or punctuation, love the attention to detail and it will make the truncation much more natural :+1:

It would be great if you could fix that typo then we can merge this (I'm really keen on getting this to production since currently the job list page looks broken).
