Upgrade for MapProxy 2.0.2 Image on Debian Bookworm #2

Now the MapProxy Docker image has been upgraded, this image needs upgrading as well. A default install on Debian Bookworm will upgrade from:

debian:buster-slim (v10) - MapProxy 1.13.2 - Mapnik 3.0.22 - Mapnik-Python 0.1

to

debian:bookworm-slim (v12) - Mapproxy 2.0.2 - Mapnik 3.1.0 - Mapnik-Python 3.0.23.

So the Docker Image tag becomes: 2.0.2-8.0.0-3.1.0-1 see above.
