Supabase function: Match buy and sell orders

• Function to split sell orders, if the sell orders are larger than buy orders (cancel old order and create new sell orders with the same creation date and new modified date)
• Function to match buy/sell orders
• Trigger when new orders are placed (no cron job needed)
