I noticed that the PDF reference for VSCode keyboard shortcuts is included in this repo... is there any plans to include a VSCode mapping scheme for Visual Studio?

yes, when will we suport the vscode keyboard map

I don't have any plans to build the VSCode map right now. I'm likely to build Eclipse and Sublime shortcuts first.

I welcome your help. If you know the VSCode shortcuts, can you submit a vssettings file?

This has now been implemented in VS2017
