Skip problems with UHD discs #367

Hi,

I am having a problem with Tsmuxer when I remux some UHD movies. When I burn the resulting ISO image on a Bluray disc and I read it on a Panasonic Bluray player UB820, the movie doesn't begin at 0:00. For example, the movie Extraction begins around 1:30, the movie 6 underground begins around 2:30. It is impossible to begin the playback at 0:00. Is it a bug?

@bouchnouk same as issue #368 : AUD nals are missing (removed by mkv muxer), this enhancement will be implemented later.
