Adding folders and files to the ISO for 3D BD's in tsMuxer #689

The tsMuxer is the only program I know of that creates 3D BD's as ISO.
Is it possible to add an additional folder with images to the ISO file? For example at a wedding - 3DBD add a picture folder. No other program I know of writes the ssif file only as a hard link. The ISO file is then always twice as large.
Also, I would also like to add the DL folder with the bdmt_eng.xml under /META. Can you add something like this?
