Multplexing a MPEG video creates an unplayable result #729

I've tried creating a Blu-Ray disc from a really old HDTV recording (~2005). The file plays fine as a .mpg and also (with additional streams) as a .mkv. But when muxing with tsMuxeR, the file is unplayable (stuttering). It happens both with the original .mpg and the .mkv an regardless of the output setting (TS, M2TS, BD)

The result is fine if I mux with tsRemux. However, as I need to add aditional streams, that is not an option.

Here is a 100MB sample: https://anonfiles.com/c5ZcV159ze/xaa_mpg

Muxing with FFMPEG (to TS/M2TS) also creates a playable result. However, tsRemux then recognizes the audio streams as VC1 video streams, so that's no solution too.

@DreckSoft I'll have a look at this. Can you please provide another link, as anonfiles.com seems to be down.

I don't have the MPEG-TS anymore, only the MKV remux but it behaves the same.
