[Display Bug] Progress Bar ends at 99.8% #759

As far as I noticed everything works properly, no freezes, no incomplete multiplexing, no errors; just the progress bar in the GUI ends at 99.8% instead of 100%. (haven't tested the command line)

update: just had a bugged file, couldn't reproduce it with any other file (same codecs) myself
