Picking a county doesn't work for Florida #34

When choosing a county in Florida, you continue to get statewide alerts, even though you have a county chosen.

Florida has no alerts right now so I'm having a hard time reproducing this, but I suspect it'll get fixed by #36 anyway.

Going to close this now as the branch this bug occurred in is no longer supported. If you run into this again after version 2.0 is released, please file a new issue. Version 2.0 is using a completely different API to communicate with the NWS, so hopefully shouldn't run into this.
