The Google Play Store is starting to crack down on unattributed trademark usage. While the app is in compliance with the NWS's trademark usage guidelines, it needs to explicitly say that it is, and provide a link to those guidelines for confirmation. NWS Weather Alerts Widget falls under "Use of the NWS name and/ or visual identifier to identify unaltered NWS content or links to NWS web sites are allowable uses.
