Updated quora account deletion info #755

Quora account deletion is simpler now. A 'delete' button was added to delete an account.

Hi @kdeleteme , I also made a PR request, but it seems this repo isn't maintained anymore. Luckily an active fork can be found here: https://github.com/jdm-contrib/jdm

Thanks @mheesters I guess I'll close this PR. I did find that fork back then and sent the same pull request there https://github.com/jdm-contrib/jdm/pull/152 and I just forgot about this one. LOL
