Localization #810

I am saddened that the twofactorauth is in English only. I suggest to localize the program. I am ready to assist in the translation into Russian. (For example, you can use the service Crowdin or any other)

This repo is not being maintained anymore, but we've kept it alive and updated on a detached fork. If still applicable, would you kindly submit your issue there and close this one here? :)
